As a DJ based in Wellington city representing @Aotearoadjs there isn't really too much that Shan hasn't accomplished. From playing at any local Wellington Bar to rocking 70,000 people on Courtenay place or 100,000 people for NYE on the Main beach of Mt Maunganui Shan is considered the ultimate party rocking DJ. And a groundbreaking educator in Electronic music helping create one of the worlds first tertiary qualifications DIp DJ Music and Level 1 & 2 credits in high school education.

Shan is now the Austrasian resident DJ for the “Bed by 10” Dayclub parties & is Known as a main staple ingredient of Wellington’s nightlife he is not only rated as one of NZ's top party rocking DJs but also as a top party rocking host MC. Plus Festival director & artist curator.

Shan has also been the host MC or headline DJ for some of New Zealand's biggest parties period! Synthony, Electric Avenue, Homegrown, Bay Dreams, Courtenay Carnival, The Wellington Cup, Fashion in the field, Cuba Street carnival, Wellington SuperClub, Bowlarama, Rhythm & Vines, Mardi Gras, Rhythm & Alps  and also the host DJ for the Super Saturday Vaxathon TV show.

He has also made a name for himself as a musician Turntablist on the live music scene playing also side of some of New Zealand's most respected and admired musicians like: L.A.B, Six60, Montell2099, 50Hz, Rhain Sheehan, The Nomad, Baitercell N Schumacher, Nathan Haines, Scribe and P Money, Savage, Chong nee, Che fu, King Kapisi and the Footsouljahs. Ian Seumanu aka DJ Raw

is a New Zealand hip hop pioneer making his name in the DJ Battle scene dominating and unbeaten in all New Zealand competitions for a whole decade while gaining respect as a world-class turntablist consistently placing in the top ten of both the DMC & ITF World Finals and is the only New Zealander ever to be crowned ITF Australasian DJ Champion.

Performing in groups or solo DJ Raw has amassed a huge list of local and international gigs and events and has played support to some of the industry biggest name like. Chris Brown, Rihanna, Snoop Dogg, Busta Rhymes, Black Eyed Peas, The Roots, Xzibit, Mario, Jeremih, Lloyd, Pharoahe Monch, Cypress Hill, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Beastie Boys, Bone Thugs N Harmony, De La Soul and events New Zealand Rugby 7’s, Big Day Out (NZ & AUS), New Zealand Red Hot (Philippines), Splendour In The Grass to name a few.
